When?

Yday morning went for an interview. 8am!! waited for the interview till 8.15am. zzzz. end up it was 8.50am when the interview ended and i have to go to Bt Timah from raffles place. As I have to clock in for work, I decided to take urgent half day leave. SMS my colleague to ask her help me inform the leave personnle. End up, she reply me say i dun have to come to work in the afternoon cos my boss say no half day urgent leave. Urgent leave have to take one full day. Boss called 3 persons into her room to tell them urgent leave cannot take half day only full day (which apparantly no one knew about!!) And I wonder why am I surprised?!?!? she even told them i have to explain to her why i take urgent leave. she say urgent leave is for example someone's daughter suddenly sick so take urgent leave and not cos you see the sky dark so u take urgent leave! she is obviously doubting me. she thinks i take urgent leave so that i can sleep on a rainy morning like yday? obviously i have my personal reasons! why do i have to explain!?!? She just dun trust me! How do I work for someone like that?

It's unstructured here. everything seems to depend on her mood. A few weeks ago I tried to cancel my leave she rejected it. cos our leave system is not pro enough to inform me that she has rejected it, i went to ask her to request tat she approve my cancellation of leave. and she was angry and say that she rejected it. she say to me "no more cancellation of leave from now on!" COME ON!!! how many leave does she tink i have! If i have 21 days u tink i will be so reluctant to just take and enjoy 2 free days at home?????? "New" polices are formed based on her mood!!!

I feel so suffocated here. When can I leave here????????????????????????????????????????
