a moment in zhenjiang to be remembered

Tml i'm flying to suzhou.. yday then reached sg.. not a lot of time to spend here.. =l but i guess i will try to look fwd to every trip.. =) the zhenjian trip is a fruitful one as i have a new fren now.. =) her name is kelly. the two of us are alike in many areas.. and yday we had a v funny and embarassing experience.. haha.. we reached shanghai airport at 1pm. 3 hours b4 our flight. hence we had too much time to spare. and we cant chk in our luggage until 1.50pm. so we went to eat some food wif our luggage first then chk in our luggage and wen to eat kfc. one hr b4 our flight we went thru the customs to our broading area. we tot we still have a lot of time then wen shop ard.. none of us chk our watches.. we were walking when suddenly i heard "huang li yi he yue kelly qing xian zai shang deng ji, ning de ban ji SQ805 zai liang fen zhong hou ji jiang qi fei." we were shocked to hear that and we started walking really fast to the boarding gate. an airport staff in front of us saw and we told her we are the 2 passengers. she immediately walkie-talkie her colleague to say that she has found us and told us to run! argh.. haha.. we started running under her command.. then another airport staff come into our sight and pressure us to run faster! Click...click...click..went the heels of kelly.. pan...pan..pan.. the sound of my sneackers pounding on the floor of Shanghai airport. throughout, the airport staff kept telling us "xiao jie kuai yi dian!!" "fei ji hui yin wei ni men liang ge yan wu de" we were so stress but our stamina as u ould have guess is not very up to it la.. haha.. I was panting like mad by the time i reached the entrance of the plane. we briskly walked down the isle of the aircraft. got to our seats and quickly sat down. bet thousands of eyes would have looked at us as we walked the isle. haha.. then the most stupid tin happend. the pliot announced that due to weather conditions the flight will be delayed for 20 mins. kelly and i looked at each other, both feeling really silly for running all the way and yet the plane is delayed. and we laughed. so funny.. if we tell this to our colleagues bet we'll be their xiao bin (laughing biscuits) for dunno how long. haha... i hope it amuses anyone who reads this too.. =)

Guess wat i juz did.. i juz lost $30... went to ATM to withdraw money.. in the end..walk away fromthe ATM without taking my money... and the person behind me din tell me... guess she or he cant find me le ba... anyway i was so absent minded that i din realise until i have walked bery far away. Went bk to the ATM, of cos the cash was gone.. to where i do not know.. sigh... peanut!! wake up!!!

Shane's water baptism day...

Today the whole caregroup went to Big Splash to support Shane and 84 other water baptisee! :D It was a great event and a memorable time.. :) Hearing the testimonies of 2 of the water baptisee and seeing the faith and commitment of the all brothers and sisters fills my heart with joy! :) The place was filled with sooo many ppl! 85 baptisee! Really joyeous ocassion! =) Reminded me of the time i went for my own water bap hehe.. mine was held at East Coast park.. at the beach.. hehe.. it was fun and exciting.. I rem ppl playing the guitar and many ppl singing Praise as ppl goes into the water to be baptised :)
Why do Christians have to go for water baptism?
Cos we obey wat God commands, its an instruction in the New Testament. Jesus himself baptised b4 he started his ministry.
Water baptism is an outward expression of a inward commitment to God. It a way in which we tell everyone this message: "I love Jesus!"
Yeah~ Till now I never regret gg for water baptism.. Its one of the best days in my life so far.. :)
Praise God for all the ppl who haf expressed their love to Him today! :) Hallelujah~!

I not stupid too!!!

went to watch this movie in the afternoon with my family..
I say thumbs up to this great local production!! =) realistic problems that kids and parents face in this society of ours are brought up in this film.. the slient love of Chengcai's dad touches my heart.. as it reminds me to be more appreciative of my parents..
Tom and Jerry's parents in the movie sends the question of "are u listening to ur children?" to parents.

I tink its a movie worth watching..so to those who have not watch it, pls go watch!!!! =)

Cycle, Cycling, cycled

Today finally did some exercise!! I cycle to Lot 1 and back home! :)
finally finally! it has been 1 or 2 months sinz i last did some exercise... actually today was supposed to go swimming wif sharon but both of us too lazy le...din feel like gg so in the end juz mit up to catch up... she told mi abt jamie's wedding and her weird encounter wif the taxi driver... toking abt wedding... i hope i dun receive any red bombs in the near future... no $$ le!! sigh...

Dun tink i'll be in Sg on my birthday...*sadz* but shd be ard for Christmas... if birthday not in Sg then its the first time i'm spending birthday overseas... wif a totally different group of ppl... i duno if i shd be happy of sad... ha.. anyway, cant tink properly rite now... i beta go zz ba... nitey...

Lonely?

When was the last time u felt lonely despite the fact that you having a lot of frenz, or despit u r in a crowd??
Today i felt lonely all of a sudden... guess i have been away for too long... even tokin to my best fren doesn't feel like i'm toking to my best fren.. the tins we tok abt are so surface.. y is tat so? am i such a lousy fren?

Guess frenship really requires effort to mit up and efforts to update each other abt the tins that each person is gg through.. Sometimes when i am oversea, i wud feel like i have no fren.. cos my frenz duno what i'm going thru and neither do i noe wat they are gg thru... i cannot be a gd fren to others cos i'm neva ard for them... presence really makes a difference... even thou u dun do anytin..juz being there helps...

Seems like i have a lot of frenz...but how many can i fall bk on? if i were to end up in hospital dis moment...who will come visit mi first? some frenz are bz wif their work..some are bz wif their studies.. some are bz wif their bfs...will they be too bz to visit a fren who is lying in hospital?

anyone wanna try spicy ice cream? come hangzhou.. haha.. the client has introduced a new ice-cream flavour ---- SPICY flavour!!!! heh heh... interesting hor... keke.. quite special but the spicy taste will linger at the throat..so may b a bit uncomfortable... hehe... still its v innovative.. ice cream for this cold season..

Tdy went to do stocktake at the 2 finished goods warehouse... client does frozen food.. so the warehouses for finished goods are 2 big freezers!! one is -14 degrees the other is -22 degrees.. its like in Harbin... wahahha... wat an experience!! pretty cool.. in fact v v "cool" wahaha... need to wear the big thick jacket but no gloves so hands will becum numb.. then nose will kind of freeze haha.. have to come our after one count and rest for 10 mins b4 we go in and count agn... haha..

Today travelled for 8 hours.. 5 & half hour flight to Shanghai then got a driver who sent us to Hangzhou..3 hours ride.. wen to walk ard aft dinner..den came bk.. tt's abt it la.. not v interesting.. haha...

hi ppl.. to update peanut has gone to Xiamen and Shanghai last month...
This month is Guangzhou and Beijing...

Guangzhou is cool cos ppl speak cantonese and the food is good. NOt only that! the clothes are cheap here!!! hahaa... bot some stuff and still planning to buy...ehehe..

Day one in Xiamen

peanut's itinery for the day:

6.38am reached Changi Airport T2
7.50am take off..
12.30pm reached Xiamen (delay..expected time was 12.05pm)

after we touched down the client took us to our hotel. put our stuff then go for lunch. after lunch go client's office. compile our stuff. 4.30pm went for a plant tour.. oh this company is a paper manufacturing company. heard fr my colleague tt paper manufacturing is a high pollution industry. the manufacturing area has only 2 big machines, unpleasant smell, like crude oil smell i tink.. thou the warehouse and plant is connected and its not v big, i'm still v excited cos this is my v first plant visit! hehe... tt's enuff abt the activities...
